  • Prepare commissioning programme for plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and electronic services to manage and coordinate the installation and commissioning of these technical systems

  • Extension of time claims including impact analysis and acceleration

  • Delay and Disruption Claims

• BIM (Building Information Modelling)

  • Construction modelling of Revit model required to align 3D model with construction programme (Autodesk Revit®)

  • 4D & 5D BIM Construction Programme  (Autodesk Navisworks®)

  • Facilitate BIM Coordination meetings
